1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for any service with Rhode Clean Credit LLC  ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We are a credit repair organization that helps consumers improve their credit reports by identifying potential inaccuracies and disputing them with Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion in accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). We do **not** guarantee any specific score increase, deletion of items, or approval for credit.

3. No Results Guaranteed

Credit repair results depend on the credit bureaus and your individual credit history. We make no promises about outcomes, timelines, or approvals.

4. Fees & Payment

- One-time setup fee: $89

- Monthly subscription: $99 (optional) ongoing monitoring & disputes)

- All fees are paid **after** you sign up and **only** for work performed or about to be performed.

- We never charge advance fees for work not yet completed (CROA compliant).

5. Subscription & Cancellation

- Month-to-month only — no long-term contracts.

- You may cancel anytime by emailing info@rhodecleancredit.com or through your client portal.

- Cancellation is immediate. Any unused portion of the current month will be prorated and refunded within 10 business days.

6. Refund Policy

- Full refund within **7 days** of signup **only if** no work has begun (no reports pulled, no disputes filed).

- Once we pull reports or file disputes, all fees become non-refundable.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and understand that false information may harm your credit. You authorize us to pull your credit reports and dispute items on your behalf.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any actions taken by credit bureaus, creditors, or third parties. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island and federal law, including CROA.
